TA-DA! I made Japanese cheesecakes for the first time today and in a water bath too!!! Hehe! I was going to try out a Filipino dessert, BUT there's more ingredients I would need to buy and I wasn't in the mood to get lost during my night drive to THAT Asian store.

They taste amazing!! It's not overwhelmingly sweet too!! They're super light and fluffy!! The texture makes me feel like I'm eating cotton candy, but in CAKE form! How cool is that?!! AHHHH~~~~ They're the best!! So soft to the touch!!
hmmm...I guess it's ok.....it may look good but who knows how it taste....you might just lie....LOL
