Defected...

What started as a craving ended up as a disaster: 

                                          This THING ^ doesn't even remotely resemble the green Viet cake it was created to be! The GREEN was the color I was looking forward to, too! NOT the yellow!! At least Frankenstein was green when he was created! Not Albino! This is devastating! The pandan extract FAILED me! It didn't dye it green like the recipe pictures showed it! Not even a tinge! It's just a bland color >.<! I even DOUBLED the amount of pandan too! The only thing that stopped me from dumping the whole bottle in there was the fact that I would have wasted all the ingredients I used if I ruined the taste!!! SOOOO SAD!!! I MISS BUYING THE CAKES!! Making it based on recipes online sucks! There was a WHOLE can of coconut milk in there and it doesn't even TASTE like it! It's just MUNG BEAN flavored... Might as well have been just eating those beans straight-up...
