Since I'm pretty lazy, I made a lot of food last night for dinner so that I can last a couple of days without cooking. Below we have chicken and mushroom, which is my favorite dish back when I was a kid and up to now. Have you guys ever tried it before? I think it's a typical Chinese dish. You just marinate the chicken in soy sauce, sugar, cornstach and a bit of salt. Then you just cook it with mushrooms later on.
Uhhhh, this dish is ok. I just feel like I needed to have some veggies with all the meat I was working with. This is just bokchoy and garlic.
This is a great chicken dish too, if you're ever in the fried food mood. Using potato starch as the breading makes it really crispy. I prefer it to using cornstach. It came out nice and tender too! I used the chicken kara-age recipe from the Just Hungry blog. I marinated it in sake, ginger and soy sauce. You guys should try this if you have the time or if you're a fan of ginger-y things~ It's a fresh clean taste (courtesy of the ginger) lol it's not oily and it doesn't make me feel like I'm fattening and oiling myself up like the fried chicken from Popeyes or the grocery store.
the first seems like its teriyaki chicken....well the 2nd is so simple even i can make it....as for the third one....it seems more like popcorn chicken from quicklys LOL. btw what happened to your SHOW OFF huh?
